In Exeter in the Southern Highlands Frank and Annemarie follow biodynamic principles on their farm going above and beyond conventional free range egg farming. With a stocking density of just 40 hens per hectare their hens are free to forage and express their natural behaviours all day and roost in a mobile caravan overnight that is regularly moved.
