Apprentice Butcher Wanted – Whole Animal Focus (Port Kembla, NSW)
We’re offering a rare opportunity for an Apprentice Butcher to join our team in Port Kembla, working under the guidance of whole animal butchery expert - Lachlan Kerr.
If you’re serious about learning traditional butchery from carcass to counter, this role will give you hands-on experience with ethically sourced, premium meats and a clear pathway to mastery in the trade.
